80's+ Group Virtual Chair Yoga & Salon


Get inspired! Shea Andreone is back to lead a 30-minute Chair Yoga class after we check-in with one another.  Each week, one member will be asked to share an inspiring story or written piece to lift our spirits.

Chair yoga classes will be held on July 9, July 23, and July 30. 

Chair yoga is $5 per person, per class. Click "Register Now" to pay for this class or call Talia at 310-871-2721 to pay for one or more classes over the phone.
