Diversity Gym is an interactive workshop that invites participants to consider their own journey and the journeys of others in understanding how prejudice manifests today. Participants will explore topics that often go unspoken and will practice interacting with challenging conversations in an exploratory, self-educational way.
The session will be led by Gamal Palmer, Senior Vice President of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles. It is brought to you by Temple Emanuel's Jews of Color Task Force which includes Village member Veronica Abney.
Note: This session is building upon what was discussed in Part I of the training. You are welcome to join Part II even if you did not participate in Part I, just be prepared in case there's a reference to the earlier workshop.
