About this event
"Maybe You Should Talk to Someone"
We will be discussing "Maybe You Should Talk to Someone" by Lori Gottlieb. This is an award winning book by a psychotherapist who is dealing with a difficult time in her professional and personal life. Susan Cain describes Gottlieb as an "utterly compelling narrator: funny, probing, surprising, savvy, vulnerable. She pays attention to the small stuff–the box of tissues and the Legos in the carpet–as she honors the more expansive mysteries of our wild, aching hearts." The discussion will be moderated by Sharon Baumgold.
The book is available in the Los Angeles Public Library and is also on Kindle. Please read the book prior to attending the program.
