Join Dr. Beth Karlan, an American gynecologic oncologist, as she discusses “Precision Prevention, What’s Jewish about BRCA and Living Your Best Life.”
A graduate of Harvard's Radcliffe College and Harvard Medical School, she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Yale New Haven Hospital. Her contributions have been recognized by her peers, earning her multiple awards including a Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Society of Gynecologic Cancer.
Currently she is Professor and Vice Chair of Women's Health Research at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. It is a high honor to have this extraordinary and accomplished woman with us at a Chai VillageLA Discussion and Dessert evening.
