Mira Rocca is an experienced and licensed marriage and family therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals overcome problems with food, body image, exercise, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and familial issues. She creates a space for you to inhabit your body while learning to balance your own vulnerability and inner strengths, allowing you to heal old wounds and feel grounded and empowered.
Let’s spend the afternoon embodying our New Year Intentions as we learn about Sacred Self Care, the benefits of Mindful Meditations, and truly living our life on purpose in 2024! Often times we know what we need to do, but feel a bit blocked in the pathway. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping will be a powerful experience to open you up to all your desires for the New Year.
