About this event
Karen Cohen
Temple member Karen Cohen, a Certified Nutritionist and Certified Senior Nutrition Specialist who has been in private practice for 20 years, is offering this two-part series. The first session will look at How Does the Immune System Change in the Older Adult and the second session will discuss Healthy Aging vs. Disease Prevention. Karen’s passion is to help individuals. As Abraham Lincoln said, "It's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.” Her goal is to educate us on how to live healthy, active and independent lives as we age. This series is limited to 10 people and will meet in person at Karen’s home.
This two-part series will meet on 12/8/24 and 1/12/25.
Address to be given upon registration.
