P'tach Libi - Open Our Hearts to Rebuke with Rabbi Sarah Bassin

Open Our Hearts to Rebuke: Hearing Criticism and Using it to Transform Ourselves and our Society with Rabbi Sarah Bassin

Tuesdays, May 4, 11, 25 - 7:00 PM

Our tradition has plenty to say about tochechah and teshuvah (rebuke and repentance) -- but most of the spiritual work takes place between those two steps -- in being able to internalize that rebuke. How do we overcome defensiveness with open hearts? What does this look like on the individual and societal level?

This is a Temple Emanuel event and is open to all ChaiVillageLA members. For more information, contact Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills at (310) 288-3737.
